The Evolutionary Characteristics of the Adolescents' Values for 30 Years Since the Reform and Open Policies are Implemented and its Educational Strategies

摘要 青少年价值观既受制约于改革开放带来的社会价值观的变迁,又带有自身特点。受社会价值观变迁的影响,青少年价值观分三个阶段从集体利益、整体利益、长远利益、精神利益、集体控制取向转向个人利益、局部利益、眼前利益、物质利益、自我实现取向。青少年价值观自身的特点主要表现为爱国无价、维护民族尊严,笃信自我、崇尚主体选择。根据青少年价值观的特点,在教育策略上应做到建构具有包容性的、合理的、积极有效的社会价值体系;尊重青少年的自主选择,肯定合理,引领高尚;加强社会管理规范和执法力度,为青少年成长提供一个清明、公正的社会环境。 The adolescents' values are both restricted by the changes of the social values that have been brought with by the reform, and have its own characteristics. The adolescents' values, influenced by the changes of the social values, could be divided as three stages, that are transformed from the collective benefits, the overall interests, long-term interests, spiritual interests and collective control to individual benefits, partial and local interests, the present interests, material interests and the approaches of the self-realization. The main characteristics of the adolescents' values are mainly manifested as the following: the priceless of loving one's country, the vindication of the national honor, the sincere belief of the self and the uphold of the subjective choice. According to these characteristics, the educational strategies should include: to construct the social values systems that are inclusive, rational positive and effective; to respect the autonomous choice of the adolescents, to affirm the rationality, to guide the nobleness, to reinforce the norms of the social management and the strength of executing the law, and provide the adolescents' growth with a clear and just social environment.
