骶管减压及腰髂固定治疗DenisⅢ型骶骨骨折伴腰盆分离 被引量：3

摘要 骶骨骨折并非罕见，目前对DenisⅠ、Ⅱ型骨折通常采用骶髂螺钉、骶骨棒、锁定加压钢板及三角固定等。对于移位明显、神经损伤严重且存在腰盆分离的DenisⅢ型骨折，治疗则更为棘手。骶骨“U”形和“H”形骨折是DenisⅢ型骨折的特殊形式，是指骶骨横形骨折同时合并双侧经骶孔纵形骨折，此类骨折导致腰椎及骶骨上部中央骨折块从骨盆环脱离，即“腰盆分离”，临床并不多见。我科从2000年3月至2007年1月共收治此类骨折患者9例，均采用切开复位、骶管减压及腰髂固定治疗，取得了满意的效果。现报告如下。
