摘要
通过对乳化剂的筛选，成功地合成了乳液法酚醛树脂．并对其热稳定性进行了探讨．该树脂的乳液中均匀混入丁腈胶乳，可用于摩阻材料（刹车片）的生产，制品性能完全符合国家标准．同时，应用乳液法酚醛树脂可避免生产摩阻材料中溶剂的污染。
The modified phenolic resin is synthesized by emulsion polymerization, depending on the choice or phenol, emulsifier, thicking agent and its heat-stability is disclosed. This resin can be blended well with nitrile latex. The largest use of this resin is forthe assembly of friction materials and brake linings. The use of this resin is advantagous toavoid pollution caused by the solvent used in this system solvent.
