全身振动对绝经后肥胖妇女抗骨折能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究全身振动对绝经后肥胖妇女抗骨折能力的影响。方法:选择100例绝经后妇女。随机分为对照组及治疗组。治疗组进行短期低量高频率振动。12周后,双能X光骨密度仪测量L2-4骨密度(BMD)、左侧股骨颈BMD;运动功能分析仪检测左下肢肌肉分布系数、左下肢肌力、左侧股骨颈抗骨折能力。结果:95例妇女完成了试验。治疗组左下肢肌肉分布系数、L2—L4BMD与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。而左腿肌力、左侧股骨颈BMD及左侧股骨颈抗骨折能力与治疗前比较均明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组各组数据均较观察前降低,其中左腿肌力、左侧股骨颈BMD及左侧股骨颈抗骨折能力均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。12周后,治疗组与对照组左腿肌力、L2—L4BMD左股骨颈BMD及左股骨颈抗骨折能力获益率比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:低量高频率全身振动能明显提高绝经后肥胖妇女肌力,有效阻止骨量丢失,增加抗骨折能力。 Objective:To study the effects of whole body vibration (WBV) on resistance of bone fracture in postmenopausal obese women.Methods: 100 postmenopausal women with body mass index (BMI) ≥23 were randomized into treatment group and control group. WBV were given to women on treatment group for 12 weeks. Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) was used to measure bone mineral density (BMD). Body composition analyzer was measured the mass and force of muscle in lower limbs and the force of resistance fracture in femeralneck. Results: Ninety-five women completed the trial. The muscle mass of left lower limbs exhibited a rise in treatment group with no significantly differences(0.85 ±0.12 v 0.87± 0.11 ) ( P 〉 0.05). BMD of treatment subjects did not change in the L2 - L4(0.93 ± 0.15 v 0.93 ±0.15).The increasing observed in force muscle of left leg(0.91 ± 0.18 v 1.02± 0.18),the BMD of left femur neck(0.82 ± 0.10 v 0.84 _+ 0.10)and the force of resistance fracture in femoralneck(9.44 ±0.87 v 9.70 ± 0.80)after WBV, there were significantly differences ( P 〈 0.05). Control group subjects lost in each detection threshold, specifically, differences were show in the BMD of left femur neck(0.86±0.12 v 0.85 ± 0.12)and the force of resistance fracture in fernoralneck(9.77 ± 0.90 v 9.62 ± 0.89) ( P 〈 0.05). The left muscle force exhibited an increase of 12.4% in treatment group and with loss of 8.5% in non-vibration group. BMD of treatment subjects had and increase of 0.65% in I-2 - G,while control group loss 0.89%. In the femoralneck,the BMD benefit were 1.62% and - 1.38% in two groups. The resistance fracture of force of fernoralneck was significantly increase in the mechanical group, the gain rate were2.65% and - 1.52%. There were significantly differences (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: WBV of low-level and high-frequency may be effective for inhibiting the decline of BMD in postmenopausal obese women; in addition,the muscle force in lower limbs and the force of resistance fracture were significantly increased.
