摘要
鉴于我国建筑节能服务市场供给主体主要来源于工业节能领域、建筑设计施工领域和节能服务中心,提出:从供给的功能结构来看,供给内容与市场需求存在一定程度的错位,表现为节能服务合同的广度、深度不够,融资方式较单一。因此,建筑节能服务体系的配套制度和技术体系应与市场发展同步开展,扩大合同能源管理的服务规模。
In China, the supply bodies of building energy efficiency service market mainly include the industnat energy efficiency field, building design and construction field and energy efficiency service centers. From the point of view of the supply functional structure, there is a mismatch between supply and demand to some extent, such as inadequate width and depth of the energy efficiency contract as well as unique financing mode. It is concluded that the relevant mechanism and technical system of building energy efficiency service should be developed simultaneously so as to enlarge the service market scale of energy management contract.
