摘要
针对当前工程技术系统的健康诊断分专业、成本高、实用性较差、效果不理想等问题,本文运用工程项目全生命周期理论、项目结构分解以及集成管理理论,构建了面向健康诊断的工程项目全生命期信息系统模型,确立工程项目各专业技术系统及全生命期各个阶段的集成信息系统框架和信息管理机制,并为运用该模型信息体系进行工程项目的健康诊断提出了一些具体建议。
Considering the existing problems of healthy diagnoses for engineering technique systems, such as specialty segmentation, high cost, limited practicability and imperfect effects, etc., this research adopts whole-life theory, WBS and integration management theory to set up a healthy diagnosis-oriented whole-life information system model. The research then establishes the frame of integration information system and information management mechanism for various professional technique systems and whole life cycle of engineering projects. Finally, the research utilizes the proposed information system to perform healthy diagnoses for some engineering projects and puts forward some concrete suggestions.
