The Current Situation of Intellectual Property Protection of Open Access Information Resources

摘要 论述开放存取资源建设中自存档、机构库和学科库、开放存取期刊存在的版权问题及对策,提出图书馆和终端用户在使用开放存取信息资源时保护知识产权的策略,以保证开放存取运动健康、快速地发展。 The paper discusses the copyright issues and countermeasures of self-archiving, institute repository and discipline repository, open access journals in the course of open access resources construction. It explores the strategies of intellectual property protection when libraries and end-users utilize open access resources. It aims to ensure that the open access movement is developing healthily and rapidly.
