摘要
开发区的社区建设是经济社会协调发展的重要基础,它在开发区利益关系调整过程中具有重要作用。开发区开发和建设过程中,失地农民、城中村居民、企业员工和购房市民等四大利益群体日益凸显。针对这四大利益群体,应该加强新型社区建设,以满足其利益需求,加强其利益表达和利益协调,尽量缩减开发区开发和建设过程中的各种利益矛盾和利益冲突,构建和谐的城市社会。
Community construction in development zone is an important foundation in a harmonious development of economy and society, it plays a major role in the adjustment of stake in development zone. In the process of development and construction in development zone, the land-lost peasants, residents in town village, employees in company and house-purchasing eitizens rise with stake conflict. Aiming at the four stake groups, it is proposed that new community construction be strengthened to meet its need, and their interests be expressed and adjusted, stake conflicts be minimized in construction of development zone and harmonious society be built.
