摘要
选用兰纳素活性染料对羊绒、羊毛和以一定比例混合的羊绒羊毛试样进行染色,根据上染率、吸光值和色差,采用正交法优选出山羊绒与羊毛上色程度差异最大的工艺条件,再将2种纤维按不同的混纺比进行染色,用分光光度仪分别测出已知混纺比试样染色残液的吸光值E值。根据实验数据建立混纺比与E值的关系,进而根据E值计算出混纺比,成为鉴别山羊绒和羊毛含量的一种辅助方法。
In this paper, it dyed the cashmere, wool and their mixture in a certain proportion with the reactive Lanasol dye. According to the dye-uptake, absorbance value and color difference, it chose the optimized technique condition of the greatest color difference in orthogonal method. Using this technic, it dyed the two kinds of fibers by different mix-proportion, surveyed the dye-residue absorbance value E of the sample, which was knowed mix-proportion respectively by the spectrophotometer. Based on experimental data, it established the relationship of the mix-proportion and the value E. According to the E, we can calculate the mix-proportion. It is an auxiliary method for identifying the content of cashmere and wool.
