摘要
长期以来，美国、俄罗斯、欧盟、日本以及印度等大国高度关注中东局势并在该地区展开竞争。各大国在中东既有斗争与竞争，也有协调与合作。大国在中东活动的两面性一直存在，过于强调竞争或过于看重彼此协调与合作都是片面的。
For a long time the U.S., Russia, the EU, Japan, India and other big powers have paid close attention to the situation in the Middle East and have gone for competition in that region. There exist not only struggle and competition, but also coordination and cooperation among those big powers in the Middle East. This dual character of big powers’ behaviors have been and will be in existence for a long time. Any overstressing of struggle and competition or any over- valuing of coordination and cooperation seems to be lopsided.
