摘要 玉门油田已开发多年,泵挂深度已达2 800 m,原油物性变差、粘度增大、含砂量大,造成杆式泵频繁检泵。国产螺杆泵的最大扬程仅为1 800 m,因此在915井试用法国PCM螺杆泵采油配套技术,成功解决了部分抽油机井难开采的问题,该井是目前国内最深的螺杆泵采油生产井之一,为深井开采提供了一条新的途径,经济效益显著。 Yumen Oilfield has been developed for many years, pump set depth reached to 2 800 m, and the deterioration of crude oil, increasing of viscosity, sand contend increased resulted in frequent leveraged pump and seized pump. Domestic screw pump only lifts for maximum 1 800 m, so French PCM screw pump was used successfully, which has been as the current domestic production for the deepest wells. The deep production has provided a new way, the significant economic benefits.
