摘要
首先就国外心理一致感概念的提出、界定、结构以及心理一致感在压力与心理健康关系中的作用机制进行了阐述:心理一致感从压力的评价、压力的调节和压力的终止三个方面影响着压力与身心健康。其次,总结了心理一致感的影响因素研究、心理一致感的本土化研究、并指出了心理一致感未来的研究展望。
Firstly ,This paper expound the concept, definition, structure of sense of coherence and set out the mechanism of sense of coherence in the relationship between pressure and mental health .Sense of Coherence impact on pressure and mental health from the three aspects： ressure evaluation; pressure regulation; pressure termination. Secondly, the paper summed up the sense of coherence about influence faetors, localization, and noted the future outlook on sense of coherence.
