摘要
改革开放以来,中国共产党对党员权利的保障不断向深层次推进,党员行使民主权利的意识逐渐提高,以保障党员权利为基础的各项制度取得重大进展。30年来,党员权利的变迁经历了重新恢复、有序推进和全面发展三个阶段。新时期要继续推进党员权利的发展必须正确处理党员权利与党内民主的辩证关系,准确理解党员权利与党员义务的辩证关系,全面把握党员权利与党内权力的辩证关系。
Since reform and opening, Communist Party of China on the protection of the rights of party members to deep level advancement, the party member exercises the democratic rights consciousness to gradually enhance, the system made significant progress. For 30 years, the rights of party members has experienced resuming, the orderly advancement and the full scale development. The new period must correcdy handle the relationship of the inner democracy and the rights of members, understand the relationship of the rights of party, members and the obligations accurately, comprehensive grasp the relationship of the rights of party members and power within the party.
