摘要
目的:探讨Rh血型不合造血干细胞移植的特点、输血原则、溶血及相关处理。方法:报道1例Rh血型不合造血干细胞移植的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果:1例Rh血型不合的造血干细胞移植后植入顺利,未见明显溶血,反复检测未发现抗Rh(D)抗体。结论:Rh血型不合的造血干细胞移植是安全、可行的,移植后患者产生抗Rh(D)抗体的几率很低,且很少出现明显的溶血反应。
Objective： To discuss the methods of Rh^- incompatiable hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, rules of blood transfusion, hemolysis and related therapy. Methods：One Rh incompatiable hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was reported and the literatures were also reviewed. Results：Rh^-incompatiable hematopoietic stem cells engafted sucessfully without obvious hemolysis. No RhD antibodies were found following successive test. Conclusion： The Rh^- incompatiable transplantation was safe and feasible. Patients after transplantation were at low risk of developing RhD antibodies. Obvions hemolysis is also infrequent.
