摘要
1986年6月～1996年4月,临床中共处理硅胶隆鼻术并发证215例,其我科行固体硅胶隆鼻术2753例出现并发症62例。外院术后来诊71例,外院注射液体硅胶并发症118便。分析探讨了各种原因及防治重点。
The complications of augmenation rhinoplasty have been performed on 251 case in our clinic from Jume 1986 to April 1996. 62 parients out of the 2753 case for augmenation rhinoplasty wyth solid silicone in our detartment, 71 patients from outside hospited, 118patients from outside hospital with sili- cone injection. Analysed variaus causes that lead to the complication, researched for methools of pvevention and treat- ment.
