摘要 电力设备的局部放电(局放)信号频率范围较宽,为使用高采样速率的数据采集板卡构建在线监测系统,用FPGA技术开发了局放信号在线监测智能单元。该单元实现了8位采样数据精度,100MHz采样速率,100MHz的模拟输入带宽,2MB存储深度;该单元还实现了信号的放大,多路选通,信号隔离等信号调理功能以及基于RS-485和CAN的双总线通讯。最后对局放信号进行初步的放电相位分析。该智能单元可广泛应用于需要局放测试的电力设备。 The frequency range of the partial discharge of power equipment is wide, so the data acquisition unit with high sampling rate is a key part for the on-line monitoring system. One intelligent unit is designed for the on-line monitoring of the partial discharge based on Field Programmable Gates Array (FPGA). The unit achieved g-bit sampling precision, 100 MS/s sampling rate, 100 MHz analog input bandwidth and it can store up to 2 MB data, The unit is also designed both the RS-485 and the CAN bus. One phase window analysis algorithm is realized. This unit can he widely applied into power equipments which need to measure their PD signals.
