摘要
目的观察疤痕敌治疗唇裂术后瘢痕的治疗效果及总结护理要点。方法选择唇裂术后创面愈合1w已拆线的患儿90例,按照患儿住院号奇偶数随机分为观察组54例,使用疤痕敌治疗;对照组36例,未使用任何瘢痕治疗方法。并观察2组患儿的自觉症状和临床疗效。结果2组患儿的自觉症状和临床疗效比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论疤痕敌在一定程度上可减轻唇裂术后瘢痕形成及痒痛等不适感。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Cica-Care to treat the scar after cleft lip surgery. Methods Ninety patients after cleft lip surgery whose wound surface had been healed for 1 week and the sutures had been out were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group, including 54 patients, used Cica-Care; the control group, including 36 patients, used no treatment. Subjective symptoms and clinical effect of two groups were compared. Result There were significant differences between the two groups in subjective symptoms and clinical effects （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cica-Care may relieve uncomfortable feelings such as itch and pain as well as formation of post cleft lip surgery scar after palatoplasty.
