摘要
韵书,就是按照字音分韵编排的一种字典。唐五代韵书大多发现于敦煌藏经洞。这些韵书不仅真实地收载了当时流行的各种异体俗字,记录了时人习用的通俗语词,而且还对它们进行了准确的训释,蕴藏有丰富的文字训诂信息。本文从考词、明义两方面举例论证了唐五代韵书对解读敦煌文献的实际参考价值。
The book of rhymes is a specific dictionary that listing characters grouped under various rhymes according to vowel, a symbol representing an open sound produced by the voice. So far, the most dictionaries of rhymes of the Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties in existent were found among Dunhuang Manuscripts which had unearthed from the hidden library in Maogao Grottoes of Dunhuang. Those dictionaries of rhymes dating from the Tang and the Five dynasties had not only recorded down various authentic forms of vulgar characters that prevailing and putting in use by people of that times and remained there with fresh popularity idioms practiced in that times but authored with explanatory notes by sages of the time as well. The explanatory notes to the dictionaries of rhymes of the Tang and the Five Dynasties had in store rich and valuable information of scholiums. This article will expound and prove the great value of reference function of those dictionaries of rhymes in decipherment and explanation to Dunhuang Manuscripts, method by two ways of explanation in word study and giving irrefutable evidence in a clear and lucid understanding of phrases.
