摘要
报告四肢骨折内固定术后失败和再手术３３例，首次手术失败的原因为：内固定选材不当１６例（４８．４８％）；内固定技术错误７例（２１．２１％）；对骨折部缺损未行植骨４例（１２．１２％）；术后过早完全负重行走以及内固定不够坚强时未附加外固定６例（１８．１８％）。认为避免上述失败因素的产生是提高内固定术成功的关键。
Thirty-three cases of failure and reoperation of the fracture of limbs after its first operation was reported. The causes of failure of the first operation were as follows: unsuitable choice of internal fixational materials was found in 16 cases (48.48%); some technical errors of internal fixation in 7 cases (21.21%); no bone graft in damaged area of fractured part in 4 cases (12.12%); and early ealk with heavy load and no extenal fixation were not so strong in 6 cases (18.18%). These results suggested that avoiding these factors mentioned above would be the key measures to raise the success rate in the internal fixational operation.
