摘要
本文介绍一种导出广义Biot—Savart定律和库仑定律(也称Jefimenko方程)的方法。即借助矢势A和标势ψ导出在时变场中磁场B及电场E与源j及ρ的关系式。
The method of infering Broad sense the Biot-Savart Law and Coulomb's law (Jefimenko Equations)that the relational formulas of the Fields B & E and Fountain j & ρ are derived from the Vector Potential j and Scalor Potential A in acceleration field.
