本文介绍一种新的扩充软组织乳头再造方法。即在残存乳头、乳晕皮肤软组织下应用扩张器,然后形成乳腺组织瓣作支撑,行乳头再造。作者详细介绍了切口设计和操作方法。
Here we report a new method of nipple reconstruction with softtissue expension.The expender was used under the skin sogt—tissue of the residual nipple and areole,then form mammary—tissue flap to make frame- work to reconstruct nipple.In this paper we inrtoduced in detail the desgin of approaches and techniques.
