摘要
介绍了我国4-氨基二苯胺的生产现状及生产工艺,指出:硝基苯法是制备4-氨基二苯胺最好的方法,具有成本低、污染小、产品纯度高等优点。该工艺可实现年销售收入8700万元,年利税总额2589万元,年税后利润1719万元,投资回收期2年(含半年建设期),财务内部收益率(FIRR)远高于行业基准收益率14%,项目经营安全率84.4%,远高于30%,该项目盈利性及抗风险能力强。
The production condition and technology of 4-aminodiphenylamine are introduced. The nitrobenzene method is the best production technology of 4-aminodiphenylamine. The method has the virtues of low cost, less waste effluence and high quality. The method can make the annual sales revenues to reach 87 million yuan, the total profits and taxes 25.89 million yuan, the profits 17.19 million yuan, paybaek period 2 years （include half year of instruction period） . The FIRR is greater than the Hurdle Cut-off Rate which is 14%. The operating safety ratio of the project is 84.4% which is greater than 30%. The results of techno-economie analysis showed that the project has the characteristics of high payoff and low risk.
