摘要
文章设计研发了一种以PMAC和PLC为核心的自动化药房出药系统.首先设计了系统的机械结构和硬件结构,在此基础上,实现了VC++环境下基于PMAC的升降机的精密定位,实现了上位机通过与PLC的串行通信,可靠控制药方药品对应电磁铁的通断,利用多线程技术,实现了升降机升降运动和分拣系统翻板运动的并行,实验表明出药系统运行稳定,可靠性高。
In this paper a medicine fetching system of automatic pharmacy is realized using PMAC and PLC as hard core. Firstly, mechanical structure and hardware structure is designed. By using VC++, precise orientation of the lifter is realized based on PMAC; Serial communication is realized between host computer and PLC, so the turning-on and turning-off of electromagnetic mandril can be controlled reliably; By using multi-thread, simultaneous movement is realized between the lifter and the driving-board of sorting system. The experiment proves the medicine fetching system has high stability and reliability.
