摘要
丝状菌污泥膨胀是制约活性污泥工艺发展的重大难题之一,在同步脱氮除磷系统中更容易发生。以城市污水厂中最常采用的A2/O同步脱氮除磷工艺为研究对象,系统探讨了该工艺中可能出现的丝状菌污泥膨胀及其诱因,并研究了膨胀污泥的特性。结果表明,若运行不当,A2/O工艺也可能发生丝状菌污泥膨胀;单纯提高好氧区的DO浓度可在一定程度上改善污泥的沉淀特性,而增大好氧区的有机负荷对控制污泥膨胀更为重要。沉淀性能良好的污泥粒径分布范围较广,在15μm和50μm附近也有部分分布,且大多为球菌;膨胀污泥的粒径大多在10μm以下,绝大多数为丝状菌,只有少量球菌被包埋在丝状菌内部。
Filamentous sludge bulking, which occurs more frequently in biological nutrients removal (BNR) systems, is a severe problem restricting the development of activated sludge process. Taking the A^2/O process currently used in WWTP as research object, the filamentous sludge bulking and its inducement likely occurred in this process were investigated, and the characteristics of bulking sludge were studied. The results show that the filamentous sludge bulking may occur in the A^2/O process if the operation is unsuitable. The increasing of DO concentration in the aerobic zone can improve sludge settleability to a certain extent, and the increasing of the organic loading rate in the aerobic zone is more important for control of sludge bulking. The sludge with good settleability has wide particle size distribution,is partly about 15 μm and 50μm, and the majority of bacteria are cocci. The particle size of bulking sludge is mainly less than 10 μm, the majority of bacteria are filamentous bacteria, and the minority of cocci are embedded inside filamentous bacteria.
