摘要
育人是高校图书馆不可推卸的责任。探索了作为大学生素质教育重要基地的图书馆教育功能的形成,论述了国内外图书馆教育功能研究现状及当代图书馆教育功能的新发展。指出了高校图书馆要顺应时代趋势,分析读者需求,主动搜集并传播各种信息,充分发挥图书馆的社会教育功能,并在探索研究中做出新贡献。
Providing education is one of the main functions of college libraries. This paper explores the establishment of the educational function of the libraries, which are also employed as one of the important bases to expand students＇ quality. Besides, the paper studies the status quo of the educational function research in China and abroad, addressing the new development tendency of the educational function of contemporary libraries. Finally, the paper suggests that college libraries should keep pace with the times by making full use of the social educational function of libraries on the basis of actively analyzing readers＇ requirements and collecting and distributing various information. In the study, the author of the paper has made some new exploration.
