摘要
阐述了干式螺杆压缩机的工作原理、结构特点,并针对该类机组在生产运行中存在的诸如转子轴向窜动、转子排出端面与压缩机腔体碰撞摩擦导致端面烧损、推力轴承烧损、轴封漏油、漏气等问题进行了详细的分析,特别就阴阳转子准确定位、推力轴承轴向间隙、端面间隙,以及轴封装配等技术数据的调整控制,提出了适用的检修技术,在现场运用中取得了明显的效果。
Elaborated the working principle of the oil—free screw rod compressor,the structure characteristic.The problems of this kind of unit, such as the rotor axially flee moves during pro- ductive movement,the rotor being out of the end surface in collision rubs with the compressor housing that caused the end surface and the thrust bearing damage by burning,and oil and gas leakage on the shaft seal are analyzed in de- tails,specially based on the technique data ad- justment to exact location of the masculine and feminine rotors,the thrust bearing axial space, the end surface gap as well as the shaft sealing engineering fabrication,the suitable overhaul technology has been put forward,which has ob- tained the tangible effect in actual utilization.
