摘要
目的探讨严重多发伤院前急救及转送的方法。方法对2000年1月～2007年4月我院急救部417例严重多发伤院前急救的资料进行总结分析。结果343例成功送入医院,74例中途死亡。结论争取黄金3min,早期救治,先将伤员脱离危险场地,到安全地方实施现场急救,恢复呼吸功能,吸氧、止血、液体复苏、骨折外固定等。转送途中生命征监测,发现病情变化及时处理,做好医院急诊科病情及资料交接,完善各种抢救记录。
Objective To explore the method of Pre-hospital care and transfer for multiple trauma patients. Methods We summarized and analyzed the pre-hospital care data of 417 multiple trauma patients in emergency department of our hospital from Jan,2000 to Apr,2007. Results 343 eases were sent to the hospital successfully and 74 cases died halfway. Conclusion The idea of ＂golden three minutes＂ and ＂early treatment＂should be emphasized. The patients should be separated from dangerous place and be given field first aid in safe place, such as respiratory function recovery, oxygen inhalation, hemostasis, fluid resuscitation, external fixafion of bone fracture, and etc.Vital sign should be detect on the way.It should be handled on time when patient＇s condition changes. Finally,We should relay the patient ＇ s condition and document with emergency department of hospital and consummate all rescue records.
