经输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经输尿管肾镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法采用输尿管肾镜钬激光技术治疗42例输尿管结石,其中输尿管上段结石12例,中段结石14例,下段结石16例。结果输尿管上、中、下段结石的排净率分别为86%、92%、100%。术中发生并发症2例(4.8%)。结论经输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石是治疗输尿管结石有效、安全的方法。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for managing ureteral calculil. Methods Ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy was used in 42 patients with ureteral calculi ( proximal in 12 patients,middle in 14 and distal in 16 patients) .Results The stone-free rate was 86% in the patients with proximal ureteral calculi,925 in those with middle ureteral calculi and 100% in those with distal ureteral calculi respectively.The complications occurreded in 4.8% (2/42) during the operation. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmimium: YAG laser lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method formanaging ureteral calculil.
