摘要
针对发动机进排气系统、燃油系统、点火系统、控制系统以及发动机机械结构这些影响混合气形成与燃烧的因素,分析了引起发动机怠速不稳的直接原因,给出了怠速不稳故障诊断的步骤与方法。结合具体故障实例,论述了本文所提方法在实际诊断过程中的应用。
The direct causes for engine unsteady idling speed are analyzed,and the diagnosis process and method are presented based on those factors affecting the formation and combustion of fuel-air mixture,which include intake and exhaust system,fuel system,ignition system,control system and mechanical structure etc.Some actual faults examples are taken to illustrate the application of this method in the actual diagnosis process.
