摘要
自1987年11月至1995年9月采用平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗口腔颌面部各种类型淋巴管瘤208例，随访1～8年200例，其中5年以上80例，总有效率97．5％，治愈率86．5％。未出现肺炎及纤维化等严重并发症。本文对疗效与分型，瘤体大小及年龄的关系，药物作用机制及其副反应作了详细分析。
Between November 1987 and September 1995, 208 patients (115 males and 93 fe-males, ranging in age from 35 days to 32 years) with various types of stomatomaxil-lofacial lymphangioma were treated by Ping Yangmycin (PYM) (Bleomycin-A5) intra-tumor injection. 200 cases were followed-up from 1 to 8 years (80 cases over 5 years).The effective rate was 97. 5 %, cure rate 86. 5%. The pulmofibrosis and other seriouscomplications were not found- The relations between curative effect and tumor type,size, age of patients, and the mechanism of PYM therapy were discussed.
