摘要
为研究髋关节假体颈长、颈干角改变时,假体和骨水泥上应力水平及分布的变化,比较试验值与有限元计算结果,建立一合理的力学模型.结果表明假体和骨水泥上的应力随颈干角的增加而单调下降;颈长在35~44mm范围内,假体和骨水泥上应力水平较低,超过这一范围应力水平单调上升.特别指出降低假体和骨水泥上的应力与提高股骨上应力及增加髋关节活动范围是一对矛盾.最后指明颈干角在生理范围130°左右。
In order to study the effect of different femoral stem neck length and neck staff angle on femoral stem and cement stress after total hip replacement, the data of experiments and finite element analysis were recorded. Then the reasonable mechanics model was constructed. The analysis results showed that the stress levels in the stem and cement reduced dully with increasing neck staff angle. The stress levels were lower when neck length was in the range from 35 mm to 44 mm, but out of the range the stress levels increased dully. It was pointed out particularly that reducing the stress levels of the stem and cement was contradictory to increasing the stress levels of the fomur and extending motion range of hip joint. It was reasonable that neck staff angle was about 130 degrees, neck length was at a range from 35 mm to 44 mm.
