多家银行担任可信第三方的电子彩票方案

An E-Lottery Solution Based On Several Banks Shouldering a Trusted Third Party

摘要 该文提出一种多家银行担任可信第三方的电子彩票方案,降低了单家银行担任可信第三方的权限,从而提高了可信度。通过购买者、银行、发行机构的随机信息使彩票中奖结果随机化,具有不可预测性;通过采用Hash链,使我们的彩票主题具有可公开验证性,防止发行机构与银行勾结伪造彩票、伪造销售额、伪造中奖奖金,并且也防止了购买者伪造彩票;此方案还高度保护了购买者的个人隐私信息。 This paper gives an electronic lottery solution based on several banks shouldering a trusted third party, reducing the power of a bank shouldering the trusted third party, accordingly increasing the reliability. The winning number in a lottery is randomization and unpredictable by stochastic information of the purchasers the banks and the issuers. All the lotteries can be verified publicly adopting the hash chain which can prevent the collusion between the issuers and the banks from forging lotteries all sales the bonus and prevent the purchasers from forging lotteries. Besides, the solution protect the purchasers' privacy.
