摘要
独生子女家庭老人的精神赡养需求更加突出和强烈,而其子女所能投入在精神赡养上的时间、精力和情感资源却严重匮乏,这种矛盾决定了独生子女家庭老人必将面临未来精神赡养的巨大挑战。解决这一矛盾的关键在于以下几个方面:一是加强道德教化,提高人们对老人精神赡养的自觉性;二是健全法律法规,加强子女对老人精神赡养的约束;三是从老人、家庭和社会三个层面着手,综合构建老人精神赡养的保障能力体系。
This paper analyzes the contradiction between a large demand and a grave shortage of spiritual support for the elders：in the one -child family, which proves the gravity of this problem. We also study the strategy of increasing the resource and improve the standard of spiritual support for elders from various aspects, including morality, law and comprehensive assurance.
