摘要
急性心肌梗塞（AMI）病人通过溶栓治疗可出现的并发症有出血、再梗塞、心律失常、过敏反应等，初步论述这些并发症发生原理及防治对策，供临床参考。
After the patient of acute myocardial infarction carry out treatment of liquefing thrombus, it cause complication such as hemorrhage' reinfarction arrhythmia. allergic reaction and so on. This article primary dis -cuss principle and countermeasure of those complication how to take place. It only is refrence of clinic.
