摘要
将1993年12月~1994年9月间武汉东湖底泥样品依次在10.C、20.C和30.C下进行萌发,并鉴定所孵出的轮虫种类及其数量.结果表明底泥中轮虫休眠卵年平均数量为(6.15±4.17)ind/ml;休眠卵总数量及臂尾轮虫属(Brachionus)、疣毛轮虫属(Synchaeta)、龟纹轮虫属(Anuraeopsis)、异尾轮虫属(Trichoceroa)、多肢轮虫属(Polyarthra)及多肢拟前翼轮虫属(Proalides)等主要轮虫属休眠卵数量均呈由表层向层逐渐递减的趋势.同时,各属轮虫休眠卵数量变有明显的季节变动.疣尾轮虫属,龟纹轮虫属、多肢轮虫属休眠卵的数量均以夏季最高,而臂尾轮虫属休眠卵数量高峰出现在秋季。
Deposit samples from Lake Donghu, Wuhan, were incubated at 10℃、20℃and 30℃ toinduce hatching of rotifer resting eggs. The result showed that the densities of the total rotifer resting eggs as well as each of the six genuses (Brachionus, Synchaeta, Anuraeopsis, Trichocerca, Polyarthra and Prolides) decreased with the increase of depths of deposits. Total densities of 5.65~13.80 ind./ml were recorded in the upper 5cm of deposits. Seasonal changes of densities of the six genuses rotifer resting eggs were obvious. For Synchaeta、Anuraeopsis、Trechocerca、Polyarthra, the peaks of resting eggs appeared in summer; Brachionus in autumn and Proalides in spring.The temperature which induced hatching varied among the six genuses studied.
