摘要
为保护好实验室的研究成果,实现知识共享,建立一种学习型实验室,研究了在实验室建立知识管理体系的方案。在进行大量调研的基础上,首先分析了实验室知识管理的现状,进行知识管理的优缺点;然后讨论了在建立知识管理体系中所需做的工作和可能遇到的问题。在以上研究的基础上,将软件项目管理中所用到的配置管理的方式引入到了实验室知识管理中,将配置管理与知识共享和建立学习型组织等理论结合起来,从而产生了一种可行的知识管理手段。
Scheme on how to establish a knowledge management system in a laboratory is studied to protect the productions of a laboratory, so that to realize knowledge sharing and to establish a study - style laboratory. The advantage and disadvantage of knowledge management and the knowledge management actuality of laboratories are first analyzed on base of substantive investigations ; and then, the tasks that are necessary to do and the questions that may encounter during establishing a knowledge management system are discussed. On base of the above studied, configuration management method that is usually used in software project management is applied to knowledge management of laboratories combined with theory of knowledge sharing and study - style laboratory establishing, which forms a new feasible knowledge management method.
