摘要
[目的]探讨5.12四川汶川特大地震伤员中挤压综合征合并骨筋膜室综合征的救治护理方法。[方法]对我科39例挤压综合征合并骨筋膜室综合征病人行早期抗休克、外科创伤处理、内科血液透析、腹膜透析及抗炎、营养支持等综合治疗,同时对病人进行了动态的病情观察、制订了一系列的康复护理措施。[结果]绝大多数病人获得临床治愈。[结论]挤压综合征合并骨筋膜室综合征的治疗除早期抗休克、骨筋膜室切开减压、血液透析等内、外科综合治疗外,正确的护理措施和适时的功能锻炼是减少地震伤员残疾,提高疗效的关键。
Objective： To probe into the rescuing and nursing experiences for crush syndrome patients complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome in Wenchuan supergiant earthquake on the 12th of May in Sichuan. Methods：A total of 39 crush syndrome patients complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome in our department had carried out comprehensive treatment including early anti - shock, trauma surgical handling, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, anti - inflammatory and nutritional support. At the same time, pathogenetic conditions of patients had observed continuously and a series of rehabilitation nursing measures had made out for them. Results：Most of patients had reached clinical healing well. Conclusion： Except for medical and surgical comprehensive treatment such as early anti--shock,osteofascial compartment open decompression, and hemodialysis, correct nursing measures and timely functional exercises are key points for decreasing disability of earthquake wounded people with crush syndrome complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome during treatment. Yet it was key point to enhance curative effect of crush syndrome patients complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome.
