摘要
目的:探索在基层医院及家庭中采用中西医结合疗法治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效。方法:治疗组26例,在西医激素治疗方案的基础上全程加服中药基础方(六味地黄汤加黄芪、菟丝子、补骨脂、丹参等)辨证加减,对照组单纯采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率92.3%,对照组62.5%,P<0.05。结论:中西药合治,标本兼治,有协同作用,提高了临床疗效。
Objective ： We aimed to investigate the curative effect of the treatment of combining Traditional Chinese and western medicine of babies with nephrotic syndrome in the rural Hospital and homes.Methods：There were 26 cases in the treated group.On the base of western medicine treatment of hormones,Traditional Chinese prescription（Liu Wei Di Huang Soup added with the root of membranous milk vetch,dodder seeds,vakuei and root of red-rooted salvia）was given during the whole course.The dosesof Chinese medicines were given based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs. The 24 cases in the comparative group were treated only with western drngs.Results：The overall curative rate of the treatment group was 92.3%,whereas that of the comparative group was 62.5%P〈0.05.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect was increased with the treatment of combining Traditional Chinese and western medicine because the therapy played a cooperative role in the treatment and could both reduce root cause and relieve symptoms of the disease.
