摘要
高血压是最常见的心血管病之一,而更年期高血压是一种特殊的原发性高血压,属中医"风眩","脏燥"之范畴。关于更年期高血压的病因,历代医家多论情志不畅,肝阳上亢,脾胃虚弱等,较少揭示燥邪与更年期高血压的关系。在西北地区,尤其在新疆,其由于气候地理条件的影响,燥邪横逆,燥证多发。而更年期高血压与燥证之间有一定的关系。就燥邪与女性更年期高血压关系做一探讨。
High blood pressure is a common angiocardiopathy disease. And high blood pressure in climacteric period is a special primary, hypertension, it belonged to wind-shining and Zang-dryness. Moodiness depression, ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang, and spleen-stomach weakness were seen as etiological factor of high blood pressure in climacteric period by past dynasties doctors. But the relation of pathogenic dryness and high blood pressure in climacteric period was randomly mentioned. The climate and geography in northwest area and especially in Xinjiang region could lead to transverse invasion of pathogenic dryness and hairiness of dryness. And the high blood pressure in the climacteric period and dryness must have some relation. This passage discussed the relation between them.
