摘要
目的:对60例视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者的荧光素钠眼底血管造影进行临床观察。方法:对60例视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)患者进行眼底和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检测。结果:FFA检测除发现与眼底检测发现的病变外,还发现CRVO患者有静脉管壁荧光素着染渗漏、广泛的毛细血管扩张渗漏、微血管瘤以及毛细血管无灌注区等病变的存在。结论:FFA检测有助于更准确地检测CRVO,减少误诊和漏诊,提供有效的诊治依据。
Objective： To observe the chnical effect of 60 cases of central vein of the retina blockage by fundus fluorescein angiography. Methods： To detect 60 cases of central vein of the retina blockage by eyeground and fundus fluorescein angiography. Results： Duct of arantius fluorescein leakage, mass blood capillary micrangium broaden leakage, microaneurysm and blood capillary micrangium nonperfusion were dectected, besides affection by eyeground. Conclusion： Conduce to CRVO of precise detection by FFA, to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,to provide active basis of diagnositic treatment and research unit.
