摘要
本文回顾性分析B超对11例胰腺癌病例的诊断结果,全部病例的诊断均得到手术和(或)病理证实,诊断符合率与手术对比,诊断率符合率为100%。笔者认为,B超对胰腺癌具有检出率高、无创伤、安全等优点,可作为诊断胰腺癌的首选方法。
This article reviewed the B-ultrasounic diagnosis results of 11 cases of pancreatic cancer patients. All diagonosises were confirmed by surgery and/or pathology methods. The coincidence rate of B-ultrasonic diagnosis was 100% which compared to surgery diagnosis. The author believes that the B-ultrasonic diagnosis is a preferred method for pancreatic cancer patients which is high detection rate, no wound and safe.
