摘要
教学质量监控体系的建立与完善,应以系统论、信息论和控制论为理论基础,坚持目标性、系统性、科学性等原则;搞好组织建设是前提、建立健全体系是核心、修订完善制度是保证、抓好重点工作是关键;构建由决策指挥、管理调控、质量评估、状态监测与信息反馈5个子系统构成的教学质量监控体系,形成教、学、管"三位一体"与团、组、员"三级联动"、相互交叉的教学质量监控网络,促进教学质量的不断提高。
Teaching quality supervision system on the theoretical basis of systematology,informatics and control science should be established and perfected under the principle of being purposive,systematic and scientific.The premise of this task is organization building,the core is improving the system,the guarantee is amending the regulations and the key is handling the essential issues.We shall construct an intercross teaching quality supervision network with five subsystems of decision making,administration regulating,quality evaluating,condition monitoring and information feedback and form a “trinity of teaching,learning and regulating“ and a “three-level linkage of regiment,group and member“ so that we may constantly improve our teaching quality.
