摘要
利用"双15"干燥箱,将水稻、花生、小麦、兰豆、绿豆等作物种子进行"双15"干燥处理之后,在低温干燥库贮藏149个月时检测,水稻含水量比干燥前降低45.8%,发芽率仍保持在84%~96%;兰豆、小麦、绿豆种子含水量比干燥前降低53.3%,发芽率为74%~93%,;花生种子含水量比干燥前降低40%,发芽率为73%~92%。这些作物品种发芽力虽都程度不同的略为下降,但其均处在种子安全贮藏要求的范围之内,表明种质资源用"双15"干燥处理后再低温贮藏可行。
To put some seeds such as rice, peanut etc. into the dry box, for "double 15" dry treatment and after that, the seeds would be stored at low temperature and dry warehouse for 149 months, then, the seed would be checked, the results showed water contents of rice seed were lower than those before dry treatment by 45.8 %, budding rate could keep at 84 % -- 96 % ; water contents of wheat and green bean seeds etc. were lower than those before dry treatment by 40 %, budding rate could keep at 74 % - 93 % ; water contents of peanut seeds were lower than those before dry treatment by 53.3 %, budding rate could keep at 73 % --92 %. Although the budding ability of these seeds were decreasing slightly, but they were all within the range for safety preservation. The experiment results showed that this treatment method was feasible.
