摘要
目的:探访开放式管理对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的积极作用。方法:用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对47例慢性精神分裂症住院患者出院期间社会功能进行评定。按开放式管理和封闭式管理分两组进行对照分析。结果:47例患者社会功能缺陷发生率为100%。但开放式组患者社会功能缺陷严重程度明显轻于封闭式组患者;而且其个人生活自理,家庭内活动社会性退缩、职业和工作等项缺陷发生率明显较低。结论:增加患者接触社会、进行家庭治疗和康复可以减轻患者的社会功能缺损。
Objective：To explore the active role of social function in open management on chronic schizophrenic patients. Methods：With Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） to evaluate the social function of 47 in patients with chronic schizophrenia after out of hospital.According toopen management and close management,they divided into two groups and performed comparative analysis.Results： The social disability rate is 100% for the 47 patients.But the injury suffer of open group patients is obvious lighter then close group patients.Also taking care of their personal life,family programme,social back,profession and job,and their disorder is obvisous lower.Conclusions： Increase the patients to contact the society,performe family therapy and rehabilitation, can reduce the patients social disability.
