摘要
高校引进人才是在人才争夺战中形成的一个新群体。然而,高学识的人不一定具有健全的人格,也未必就有优良的人格魅力。文章剖析了高校部分引进人才人格特征及成因,提出了加强心理状态调适、价值取向调适和文化取向调适等3个途径。
College recruited personnel is a new group formed in personnel competition. However, not all of the recruited personnel who have senior academic degree or technical titles have healthy personality or personality charm. The formation of some college recruited personnel's disadvantageous personality and its causes are analyzed. Three adjustment approaches including psychological adjustment, value orientation adjustment and cultural orientation adjustment are presented.
