动态光散射法监测纳米二氧化硅制备过程粒度的变化及过程分析 被引量:1

摘要 动态光散射是常用的一种用于检测颗粒粒径分布的方法.笔者利用动态光散射法对硅酯水解法制备纳米SiO2过程进行监测,对粒径分布的图表进行了讨论分析.结果表明,反应温度在50℃的正硅酸乙酯水解缩合过程中,粒径存在明显的先增大后减小现象. Dynamic light scattering is one of the most popular methods used to determine the size of particles. The text use dynamic light scattering to study nano-SiO2 by the hydrolysis of TEOS preparation, and discussing the chart of particle distributing. The result makes know that the size of particles is obvious accretion firstly and minish during the hydrolytic polycondensation of TEOS.
