摘要
把电磁场理论应用到准一维材料中.考虑到一维链状体系的链节内成键原子间的作用和沿链的电子间的长程相互作用,导出了随频率变化的介电函数和介电损耗的微观计算公式。
By taking into consideration the interaction between bonded atoms in the chain of the quasi one dimension al systems and the long range electron electron interaction along the chain, microscopic the frequency dependent dielectric function and dielectric loss have been derived using the electromagnetic field theory. The numerical method is used to calculate the relation between the absorption spectrum and the frequency. Results show that the short range coupling between bonded atoms (or impurity ions) plays the main role for the amplitude and the width of absorption while the long range coupling tends to drift the peak toward the lower frequency or higher frequency side, which is helpful to the improvement of the absorption characteristics of hte material concerned.
