摘要
万人评议政府是中国地方政府绩效评估模式的一种,国内学者研究万人评议政府的主要视角是公民参与和民主政治。在运用政府绩效管理的过程逻辑对珠海市万人评议政府进行结构式描述的基础之上,我们提出了研究假设,即决策者在万人评议政府过程中作出了理性选择。然后,我们以历史性个案研究方法为基本研究方法,根据分析决策理性的理论框架和变量运用收集到的资料进行了实证检验,检验的结果证实了我们的研究假设。
The public appraising government is one model of China local government performance evaluation, the mainly study perspective of interior scholars are citizen participating and democratic politics. On the basing of employing government performance evaluating process logic to describing the course of Zhuhai public appraising government with structure, we have given the study supposes, that is the decider has done a rational choice. Therefore, taking historical case study as basic study methodology, we have examined the study supposes according to the theory frame and various by the materials have mastered, while, the outcomes have approved our study supposes.
