斜面两点悬挂物体运动控制研究

摘要 如何控制两点悬挂斜面上的物体进行二维运动,其实质是以两个相关的极坐转换成平面坐标的运动控制系统。本文通过一个单片机控制两个减速同步电机正反转和一个斜板组成的实验模型,对悬挂物体实现定点定位和规定运动的方案论证、算法分析、控制实现等方面进行了论证和实现。 The system adopts microcontroller (SPCE061 A) to design the dominant control system. In terms of the conditions, the microcontroller is called upon to control two synchronous motors (motorl &motor2) turn -left or turn -right to control the pen drawing line which needed in the design. The control system have several functions as following: 1. According to the numbers which keyboard input to find the position; 2. Control the pen to draw a line in the range of 80cm × 100cm; 3. Draw a circle(d =50cm) ; 4. Move from oral - position to the position which definition; 5. Reflecting - infrared sensors, are applied to detect black lines, and send the signal to the microcontroller to control the system move along the black lines; 6. LED show the keyboard’s input numbers but also show the pen’s position.
