摘要
针对当前RFID技术的高速发展需要,面对RFID技术的研究及其现有的RFID的实验设备的需求,很多高校尚未配备射频实验室和射频实验系统,文中提出了基于MSP430系列单片机的射频识别系统的硬件设计方案,通过SPI接口实现系统单片机与自动识别部分的通信和对射频芯片的工作模式控制,设计了MSP430系统中电源模块、复位电路模块、晶振电路模块、JTAG接口模块、串口通讯模块、射频模块等模块的电路原理图,并介绍了各部分的功能。该系统可以进行功能演示、在线下载、仿真和调试,经实验证明原理正确可靠,可以广泛应用于教学、实验、科研和电子设计等领域。
In view of the current rapid development of RFID technology, in the face of RFID technology research and its existing RFID experimental equipment requirements, many colleges and universities have not equipped with RF laboratory or RF experimental system. A method based on the MSP430 series MCU of radio frequency identification system hardware design is proposed. The communications in the automatic identification system between MCU part and RF chip and modes control are fulfilled through SPI interface. The method designs the MSP430 MCU power module, reset circuit module, crystal circuit module, JTAG interface module, serial communication module and RF module circuit schematics, and on the part of the function. The system can function demo, online downloads, simulation and debugging. The principle of the method is accurate and reliable by the test, which can be widely used in teaching, laboratory, research and electronic design, and other fields.
